ID: jado-canvas-verify.

What it does

Captures each changed surface once per visual group and inspects it at the stage's depth: in explore only broken text, clipping, overlaps and missing content; in refine and ship also hierarchy, alignment, overflow and baselines. Fixes in bounded fix passes and records the inspected capture.

When to use it

Use it after editing Paper and before delivering a canvas or declaring it ready. The canvas supports observing rendering; keyboard, screen reader and performance checks require other evidence.

How to use it

Ask for it by name, or invoke it with /jado-canvas-verify in Claude Code or $jado-canvas-verify in Codex. Provide the document, nodes, expected state and stage. If you are the author, fix in fix passes up to the stage's cap and list what remains; if you are a read-only reviewer, report defects without editing.

What it delivers

  • Actually opened captures of the final revision
  • Record of structure, rendering and coverage
  • Outcome with any defects or missing evidence

Example

Verify the final mobile artboard: open the full capture, check long text and cropping and record defective nodes with the observed revision.

Prerequisites

  • Requires observable images of the current canvas, not only an author’s description.
