What it does
Locates the JADO folder and verifies the method index. For questions about capabilities or next steps, consults ask-jado and returns guidance; for execution, opens jado-flow, reusing decisions and assignments already received. Method changes go through source files, checks and a PR.
When to use it
Use it as the entry point when requesting work from JADO without remembering the coordination procedure. jado-flow handles execution; ask-jado answers guidance requests and clarifies missing decisions during work.
How to use it
Ask for it by name, or invoke it with /jado-run in Claude Code or $jado-run in Codex. Specify the JADO folder when working in another repository and describe the outcome, materials and boundaries, optionally with the stage, involvement and budget dials. Request the activity or plan. If a contract already exists, pass it along so the agent resumes from the assigned point.
