What it does
Builds the assigned canvas at the stage's fidelity: in explore many divergent low-fidelity options built fast, in refine the selected direction with tokens and states, in ship production fidelity. Sole document author during the phase; respects the fix-pass cap and hands the result to the reviewer only when the stage requires one.
When to use it
Use it to define or produce the composition of a surface, or to compare authorized alternatives in the canvas. A reference still awaiting selection must be clarified before being presented as an approved direction.
How to use it
Ask for it by name, or invoke it with /jado-visual-designer in Claude Code or $jado-visual-designer in Codex. Provide the brief, direction or comparison question, content, assigned artboards and stage. Specify what may change and which result must be preserved.

Example
Prepare the mobile project detail artboard in Paper following the selected direction. Preserve content and tokens and verify cropping and text before delivery.
