What it does
Requires reading the contract, selected reference, DESIGN.md and local components. Implements within the assigned scope, preserving approved decisions and content and using existing primitives and tokens. Tests the result, relevant states and behaviors in the browser. Delivers changed files, evidence from the final revision and limitations; a new direction requires a separate decision.
When to use it
Use it when it is time to implement a selected solution in code, add a feature or make a substantial UI change. Open choices are reported to the principal, rather than resolved by implicitly rewriting the brief.
How to use it
Ask for it by name, or invoke it with /jado-ui-builder in Claude Code or $jado-ui-builder in Codex. Provide the reference, UX specifications, content, files owned by the role and expected checks. Request the states actually involved and evidence of the final version. The role applies skills according to the conditions in its map.
