ID: jado-visual-researcher.
What it does
Selects UI patterns or style references according to the question and context. For style, includes Pinterest, images and websites; for patterns, also Mobbin and real products. Explains selections and exclusions. Builds the moodboard only if assigned.
When to use it
When references for developing the UI, a comparison of interface patterns or a moodboard are needed. To analyze a flow, choose jado-ux-architect; a mixed request can combine them.
How to use it
Ask for it by name, or invoke it with /jado-visual-researcher in Claude Code or $jado-visual-researcher in Codex. Provide the question, platform, selection criteria and Paper or repository destination. Assign a budget and editable documents. Request references actually observed, usable annotations and declared gaps when sources or images are unavailable.
What it delivers
- Comparison and UI or visual references with sources, observations and limitations
- Moodboard only when assigned
Example
Find filter patterns for a web dashboard and prepare an annotated moodboard in the assigned Paper document. Explain what to adapt and what not to copy.
Prerequisites
- Required sources, images and providers must be available through authorized tools; repository files do not make credentials or services available.
